Bill has more than 30 years of ICT experience developing and managing enterprise systems in maritime risk management, healthcare, and financial services. He has a deep knowledge of ICT strategy, software development, IT operations, and experience with the Oil & Gas Marine sector. As a maritime software division lead, he provided vessel operators with an end-to-end software solution and performed consulting services to promote the best practices within TMSA, other management system assessments, and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
He started his career in IT in 1987 building bespoke software applications and network for clients in multiple industries. Having spent his career in both consulting and management positions, he provides a deep understand of the challenges faced in ICT operations. He has held ICT leadership roles in industry leading companies within insurance and healthcare.
