OCIMF is a voluntary association of oil companies with an interest in the shipment and terminalling of crude oil, oil products, petrochemicals and gas.  The association was formed in 1971 and in the 50 years since, OCIMF has grown to become a leading authority on safety for the global marine industry.

Following a recent change in direction for our support services, we are looking for an experienced and flexible person, who has worked in a team administration role supporting senior managers, to join our 24-strong workforce.  Our workforce comprises senior managers and technical experts seconded from the major oil companies and employed staff in senior management and support function roles.  Working within our Business Support team, this is a varied and interesting job which includes front of house duties, planning and co-ordinating services for the conference facility and effective administrative support for the Programmes department.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in minute taking, organising meetings and travel as needed by a busy department.  If you feel you have the skills we need, we would love to hear from you.

Our smart Central London offices are located moments from St. James’s Park tube station (10 minutes’ walk from Victoria and Waterloo.
