The Ship Inspection Report (SIRE) Programme is a unique tanker risk assessment tool of value to charterers, ship operators, terminal operators and government bodies concerned with ship safety. The SIRE Programme consists of a very large database of information captured within the following questionnaires:
The Tanker Management Self-Assessment (TMSA) Programme has been integrated within SIRE, since February 2017.
The Offshore Vessel Inspections Database (OVID) Programme has been developed by OCIMF in response to a request from its members to provide a database of offshore inspections broadly following the format of SIRE, however, with specific focus upon the different processes and procedures that take place within the offshore industry. The OVID Programme consists of a very large database of information captured within the following questionnaires:
The Tanker Management Self-Assessment (TMSA) guide is a tool created by OCIMF to help ship operators measure and improve their management systems. The TMSA provides a standardised framework to assess their management processes.
Since February 2017, the TMSA Programme has been integrated within SIRE.
The Marine Terminal Information System (MTIS) is a comprehensive terminal management tool, an operator training programme, and a terminal/berth particulars database which supports safe terminal operations. MTIS provides terminal operators with a management self-assessment tool to measure and improve performance, operator competency and training programme and a database in which to enter and share dimensional information to facilitate safe berth requirement. MTIS provides recipient users with accurate port and terminal dimensional information on which to base chartering decisions. The MTIS Programme consists of a very large database of information captured within the following questionnaires:
