VACANCY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Conference Facilities and Office Administrator.  Click here for an organisation chart showing how the Secretariat is structured and where this role fits in.

We are looking for an experienced and flexible person, who has worked in a team administration role supporting senior managers, to join our 24-strong workforce.  Our workforce comprises senior managers and technical experts seconded from the major oil companies and employed staff in senior management and support function roles.  Working within our Office Manager’s team, this is a varied and interesting job which includes running our 5 modern conference rooms 

Our smart Central London offices are located moments from St. James’s Park tube station (10 minutes’ walk from Victoria and Waterloo.)
