VACANCY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Training & Accreditation Administrator to coordinate and manage all the administration associated with our offshore Inspector training and accreditation programmes.  Click here for an organisation chart showing how the Secretariat is structured and where this role fits in.

Reporting to our Training and Accreditation Manager, this varied and interesting role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and capable administrator to join our 24-strong workforce.  We want to hear from applicants who have worked in team office administration roles with complex/technical content, supporting senior managers.  You must have some experience of organising courses and events and your IT skills, which should be at least intermediate level, must include experience of working with/using databases.  A flexible approach is a must for those times when support is required elsewhere in the Secretariat.

Our smart Central London offices are located moments from St. James’s Park tube station (10 minutes’ walk from Victoria and Waterloo.)
