OCIMF is making two big changes to the Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) in January 2017
From Monday 4th of April 2016, OCIMF will officially end support for the SSLv3 protocol upon all the OCIMF programme websites.
From the 10th August 2015 it will no longer be possible to commission an OVIQ1 (7100) inspection upon a vessel.
As of January 1st 2015, all OVID inspectors will be required to complete a minimum of 4 OVID inspections per year in order to retain their accreditation – this requirement will increase in future years.
All OVID inspectors should present their ID card at the time of boarding a vessel for an inspection. If you lose or break your ID card, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new one.
