Supporting OCIMF activities, publications, tools, and inspection programmes to influence good HSSE practices, standards, and regulations for the tankers, barges, terminals, and offshore industry.

OCIMF’s principal committees, functional committees, expert groups, and secretariat work together to identify and prioritise risks and develop best practices in HSSE to fulfil its vision of preventing no harm to people and the environment.

These activities form the bedrock of OCIMF’s deliverables – in the form of publications, tools, inspection programmes and regulatory advocacy. Alongside its long-standing commitment and involvement at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and IOPC Funds, OCIMF also engages across governments and other industry bodies to further its advocacy efforts to promote and ensure best practices benefit the global maritime community.
