OCIMF Programme Privacy Policy

OCIMF understand the importance of maintaining and protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use OCIMF Programme websites and mobile applications.

We collect information about you when you register with us as a participant within the OCIMF programme. This information is limited to your name, business email address and business postal contact details. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you to manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about OCIMF programme announcements and technical updates that we think may be of interest to you.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you. If you no longer wish to be contacted, please do so by selecting ‘Unsubscribe’ from the footer of any received email.

Access to your information and correction

All user information can be viewed and updated directly from within your user profile. Additionally, you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. All personal user data will be automatically removed from the OCIMF programme two years after the suspension of the user account.

OCIMF Remote Vessel Inspection Operator Mobile Editor: The OCIMF Remote Vessel Inspection Operator Mobile Editor is provided by OCIMF to registered vessel operators within the OCIMF Programme for the purpose of providing responses within a remote vessel inspection. The OCIMF Remote Vessel Inspection Operator Mobile Editor submits the completed Vessel Inspection Questionnaire to the OCIMF Programme, in addition to the user account details of the logged-on user.
