Following on from the success of the OCIMF SIRE programme, MTIS is able to offer a number of key benefits to both operators and users of marine terminals worldwide.

You will need your account details, which were sent to you in your account set-up confirmation email:

  • Account ID
  • Username
  • Password

If you haven’t previously done so, you will need to agree to accept Cookies by ticking the box.

If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Difficulty Signing-in?' and follow the instructions on the page to reset your password.

If you have lost your Account ID or Username, you will need to contact the MTIS Help Desk via email: MTISSupport@ocimf.org.

The information collected by the MTIS MTPQ can easily be matched and compared to vessel details captured in the SIRE VPQ document, for ship-to-shore matching activities.

At present, there are no automatic matching applications available for the comparison of the documents, however this is currently being looked into by our development team.

The MTIS online Help Centre is available 24/7 to assist with common issues. This can be accessed through the account portal when logged into MTIS.
